To create a clear, collaborative system for requesting creative content that helps our team produce excellent work—on time, and on vision.
All creative requests should begin with a meeting with the Creative Director. This can be a phone call or a brief in-person conversation — it doesn’t need to be long, as long as it acomplishes the purpose. The purpose of this meeting is to clearly communicate the vision, define what’s needed, and establish a shared understanding of the deliverables. Most importantly, it creates a clear “hand-off” moment where the project officially transfers to the creative team and realistic due dates are set on the spot.
Coming prepared with the Pre-Meeting Checklist helps keep these meetings efficient and focused. The more clarity you bring — about timelines, content, goals, and creative direction — the faster we can move into production and the more likely you are to get exactly what you're hoping for. On the flip side, coming in with no direction makes it harder for either of us to hit the mark. Take time beforehand to think through the purpose and details of what you need — it makes a big difference.
Having this written down for the meeting earns you 1,000 extra points.

We aim to work ahead — not just survive last-minute scrambles. Here's our general guideline for how far in advance to request:
Timelines are approximate and may change depending on what’s currently in the queue and team availability.
Not sure where your request fits? Reach out early — it’s always better.
Last-minute requests might not get the full treatment — but we’ll always do our best.
